16th June 2020: Following reviews of the latest advice and our guidelines I am happy to announce that where it is safe to do so the services of moving furniture and uplifting of old floor coverings will recommence. This has been deemed a low risk of infection and hard surfaces will be sprayed with an anti-bacterial spray prior to contact.

14th May 2020: Following the latest advice from the UK Government I am now looking at a staged return to work. Clients who had made contact before the restrictions, will now be contacted and their work carried out where safe to do so for both my clients and myself. New clients will be placed on a waiting list and, pending review, will be booked in from 1st June 2020. Please note that in all cases safety measures will be implemented as below.
Additional measures may be put in place. Before each appointment I will telephone to discuss all arrangements and call just prior to arrival with a time frame.
These measures will be under constant review and may change in line with Government advice.
- No work will be carried out if I am showing symptoms, no matter how mild.
- No work will be carried out if anyone in the clients' house is showing symptoms, no matter how mild or if anyone in the house is shielding.
- Access to a working sink will be required both on arrival and departure, I will provide my own soap and towel and will use an anti-bacterial wipe on the tap(s) and any handles.
- I will use hand sanitiser on arrival and PPE will be worn as required.
- Any surfaces I touch will be wiped with an anti-bacterial wipe prior to departure.
- Social distancing must be observed during the course of my visit, if this is not possible the work will not be carried out.
- I am unable to offer the services of moving furniture and uplifting of old floor coverings due to the risk of transmission.

24th March 2020: Please note that due to the outbreak of Coronavirus and the subsequent restrictions in place by the UK Government I am currently not attending properties for measures or fitting. I am available on the phone for advice and to discuss future work which will be booked in as soon as the restrictions are lifted. Please be aware that I am operating reduced hours during this time.
